The cozy living area is perfect for relaxing or gathering around the fire, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals or firing up the grill on the deck.

Important To Know
• A signed Rental Agreement is required upon booking. Check your spam if you do not receive a link to electronically sign the Rental Agreement. If you still do not see the agreement, be sure to contact us immediately. *If Rental Agreement is not e-signed, door codes can not be released*

House Rules
Upon arrival, check Black Binder (beside the coffee pot) for Amenity Info, Wifi Access, House Rules, and other important information for your stay.

Checking In/Out
• Check-in information will be provided by email 1 day prior to scheduled arrival- IF Rental Agreement is signed
• Check-in after 4:00 PM
• Checkout before 10:00 AM

What To Bring
• Please plan to bring all paper products, coffee filters, trash bags, laundry and dish detergents, soaps, toiletries, and other supplies because these are not provided. Also plan to bring specialty kitchen or household items, any beach towels, additional bedding or bath towels necessary. (Bed Sheets, Bath Towels, and Kitchen Table Settings are provided for max occupancy allowed.)
• Not all homes have all amenities, including but not limited to: Air Conditioning, Hot Tub, Fireplace. Prime Vacation Rentals is not responsible for errors made by online listing agents.

During Your Stay
• Do not exceed maximum allowed occupants
• No pets allowed unless specifically noted; do not exceed max pet limit
• No smoking or vaping allowed
• No parties or unsupervised minors allowed

Winter Reservations
All booking arrivals between November through April should be prepared for winter weather conditions; please come prepared to drive on mountainous roads in these conditions. Snow tires and/or chains or a 4WD vehicle may be necessary and are strongly recommended for all rentals during this season. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.
