Relaxing Weekend
We were in the area to visit my wife's family. We had a little problem getting checked in because I didn't have cell service and couldn't access my app. The property was fairly clean. There was some trash still in the trash can, but other than that it was clean. We spent most of our time at my father-in-law's house, so didn't stay much on the property. We mostly just came to sleep, shower, and change clothes. I would recommend this place if you are just needing a place to sleep. The TV is only local channels, but I am not a huge TV watcher so it was fine.

Nice place but....
The rental was all it was supposed to be. The drunks that were there with the property manager and the fireworks they were popping and hitting our car with, not happy about. They were cussing us and talking loudly about asking us to leave because when she asked if the fireworks bothered us, I said yes. We had our furbaby, the reason we rented this "quiet" place and they scared her after a long car ride and unfamiliar territory. Also the other 2 dogs on the property, very friendly, but unleashed was a problem. Our furbaby is not that dog friendly so it made it hard to walk her. The agreement said dogs on leashes. Nice place but will not be returning. Thank you for the rental tho

Quaint, Clean and Easy to get to
Quaint place that is very close to the lake, was quiet, and the property manager and her husband were friendly people. It was smaller than I thought it was going to be, but it was perfect for my purpose.

Traveling with Pets
Our son plays baseball at a nearby college. We often travel with our small dog which limits our choices since most places do not allow pets. This place was GREAT! It was exactly what we were looking for. Super clean, nicely decorated, and quiet. Property management was quick to reply to any questions we had. Will definitely stay here again.

I stayed here about 10 years ago, at that time, it was a dive....very small, rabbit ears on a little TV, not real clean. I stayed again and it is now COZY...clean and remodeled. Mary met me upon my arrival...made me feel very welcomed. I would recommend this place if you are in the area.

Perfect place to stay at Lake Texoma! Close to Willow Springs marina and not far from town. Comfy beds, clean room, and just all around cute decor. Mary was a great host, very attentive to needs. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Really nice
Renovated older motel and it was great! Super cute inside and out. They had a faux fireplace heater ready and fired up so the room was nice and toasty. Also had a bottle of wine for us from a local winery. The owner mentioned too that soon there will be a pub near by for eats and drinks. So it will be a one stop shop!
