Ammar from front desk was absolutely helpful and very good person to deal with, he made sure all our requests met with ease and a smile! The overall stay was good, location is great, the room and hotel condition need to be renewed but not terrible.

It was pleasant experience with them . Because of rooms overbooked our desired room was not available but the girl at the front desk managed to get upgraded room for us. It was little cramped up cause of 2 extra beds ( which we were not needed) But no issues ,our main sleeping area was perfect. Room service guy( I think his name was Mohammed firoz?) was nice and polite person. Overall nice experience, will book again there in future.

Best of the Best hotel in Makkah
I have enjoyed my stay at this hotel to its full extent. I had received a warm welcome from Mr. Raeed, a front desk associate who gave an excellent service and checked me in . He offered me tea and juice . Mr. Raeed is very cordial , focused on guest satisfaction and very polite and well spoken person. He is definitely an asset to this hotel. House keeping was on time and great service I received from housekeeping associate Mr. Show Kay and supervisor Mr. Faisal. They both were very courteous and focused on guest satisfaction. Breakfast was delicious tasty and lots of items to choose from. All waiters are very cordial and their services exceeded my expectations. Crew Tarek was very helpful and very courteous towards guests. Overall I strongly believe this hotel is under great guest focused leadership and operational management. I wish them well and a great success for times to come . I will continue to stay in this hotel in my next visit and I recommend this hotel.

Good location, clean room and good size! Smells lovely throughout the hotel, super close to the masjid which is very convenient - just a lift down. The shopping centre is also attached and lovely views of the mosque from the outdoor restaurant. Staff were great and allowed us to check in a couple hours earlier! Only issue is it can be quite busy to get to the foyer via taxi!

Hotel Review for Al-Marwa Hotel, Makkah My husband and I recently stayed at Al-Marwa Hotel in Makkah, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we both had a restful night’s sleep after our long days of umrah. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options that catered to all tastes, making it a great start to our day. The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk from the Haram, which made it so convenient for us to perform our prayers. One of the highlights was having a speaker in the room that allowed us to pray along with the imam, truly enhancing our spiritual experience. The view from our room was absolutely gorgeous, offering a stunning backdrop that added to our overall enjoyment of the stay. The only minor drawback was the shower, which lacked a door and tended to spray water everywhere, but this was a small issue compared to the wonderful amenities and service we received. A special shoutout to Mustafa from housekeeping and Honday from the restaurant for their exceptional service! They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Al-Marwa Hotel for anyone visiting Makkah. It was a memorable stay, and we look forward to returning in the future!
