A comfortable experience in an ideal location
A comfortable experience in an ideal location. Pleasant staff. I used Laundry services to have a dress wasted however when it was returned it had been burnt and damaged with an iron. Not ideal at all. The staff wer very apologetic and reimbursed me the cost of the dress. Though my laundy fee was not refunded and by the time i realised this i didn’t want to cause a futher fuss. Some of the towels had remaining stains from Laundry. Breakfast was excellent and Housekeeping were fabulous with friendly staff. Apart from laundry, a good stay.

The staff at the hotel was incredibly kind and accommodating, and I did not encounter any problems during my stay, except for the fact that my two rooms were not located on the same floor.
