I had one annoying issue. The email which I received regarding my reservation has the wrong hotel address. The airport taxi take an extra 30 SR to take me to the correct address. I search by name on the google map to find it.

Overall, the stay was great. Just few things, there is no access to microwave which makes it difficult to warm food specially for guests who have dietary restrictions. The other thing, few staff members were not super friendly. I think they may need more training. Everything else was great so far. Thanks for everything

The property is overall commendable. The pick-up and drop-off service from Haram to the hotel is exceptional. However, it is worth noting that there are no nearby restaurants or shopping malls.
