Good location, however being on the 25th floor was not very user friendly for lifts, had to change halfway down and also not very clearly marked. Also, the on site musallah on the 2nd floor (I think) was miles away. Wasn't easy to get to with my mum in a wheelchair. Otherwise not a bad property location wise.

Happy stay 😀
We enjoyed our stay our stay with very friendly support staff. Also very responsive housekeeping team and pro active. The porters were very punctual and cooperative when luggage was being picked up and also upon leaving. Location was very good with easy access to the Grand Mosque especially during busy moments and times. I would recommend the hotel to friends and family going forward.

This is possibly one of the worst hotels to get an email response from, even after a number of attempts via various channels, they just refuse to respond to any enquiries before arrival. The hotel also states kabah view, but have a room which had a view of the kabah but most of the haram was covered by buildings. The breakfast is a big selection, but lacked taste or quality.

Amazing location right in front of Masjid Al Haram. Breakfast was the best part, so many options and huge room perfect for the amount of people who come for pilgrimage, also included a lot of stations such as for pancake, omelette, fresh juice etc. Hotel is conjoined with the clock tower and mall so perfect for a quick shopping spree any day with a two story food court. Overall great, will definitely come again

Amazing location , i do wish the help desk was more helpful in sense helping with the app and station booking. Some were very helpful some said to keep trying (not helpful info) the managers desk are not friendly . They prefer not to be bothered from what i felt . They look busy at all times but forget people who are staying and asking info are customers too. I just wish managers were friendly the check out desk was kind an exchanged currency for us middle of night. Appreciate that.

I was visiting Makkah with my mother and my younger brother for Umrah purposes. After looking at reviews online, I decided to go to Swissôtel. I am very relieved and happy that I made this decision. This hotel was very clean, luxurious, great customer service and the staff were very helpful. We felt at home in this hotel. Plus it was a short distance away from Al-Haram mosque. This hotel is connected to the clock tower where you will find restaurants and a mall for shopping which was great for my mother since she could not walk long distances. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone including families with children. Would definitely book this hotel again. Oh, almost forgot to mention, the "included breakfast" can simply be described as a BUFFET. It had endless options with food tasting delicious and was fulfilling.

Review of Swissotel Makkah
I recently stayed at Swissotel Makkah, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet the expectations set by its five-star rating. Here are some of the issues I encountered during my stay: 1. Room Cleanliness: Upon entering my room, I was disappointed to find it dirty. The floors had not been cleaned properly, and the linens were not fresh. 2. Unpleasant Odors: The pillows in the room had a noticeable and unpleasant smell, which made it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep. 3. Shower Temperature Control: I struggled to control the temperature of the shower, resulting in an uncomfortable bathing experience. 4. Concierge Service: After checking in, I had to wait about 15 minutes for the concierge to assist me with my luggage. I ended up having to chase them down three times before receiving help. Overall, my experience at Swissotel Makkah was far from satisfactory, and I believe improvements are necessary to ensure that future guests receive the quality of service they expect. I hope the management addresses these concerns, as I was truly looking forward to a memorable stay. Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5)

Closest to haram, great customer service helpful and respectful staff, saying it even though they didn't accommodate us, for by mistake missing the breakfast time as we had long flight. Over all had great experience.
