This was a wonderful experience. We stayed in the large suite with 3 beds and a fold out sofa. We had 4 teenage boys with us for 2 nights. The room was spacious and clean. Every staff person that interacted with us was friendly and respectful. The breakfast was more than adequate . To the manager of this property...You can be very proud of this facility, and your staff.

Clean and comfortable, the elevators make some interesting sounds. We did wake up in the middle of the night to someone arguing but it ended very quickly, that's the worst "complaint" we have. Overall a good stay for what we needed for the night.

I was very disappointed especially with the good reviews, we was in a suite on 5th floor the size of the room was great but the air conditioners do not work good and it was pretty warm in our room all night and the king bed smelled awful and the sink if you ran just the cold water made an awful like chugging noise. We say at holiday inn express all the time we prefer these hotels due to most of them have pillow top soft beds these did not have them and usually very clean with no issues. I’m sorry to say I would not stay here again. However we went to the grocery store across the street and it was very nice. I hope this helps someone that has a big family to find a hotel it’s hard to find hotels that can fit that many people in one room together and I wish there was more that did! The staff was very nice when we checked in and it was a fast check in process. Breakfast was typical hotel food.
