The property is not thoroughly cleaned. There were multiple issues with cleanliness in the room. Stains in the carpet, dirty light switches, dirty moldy sink with oodles of noodles in the drain, washcloths with lipstick stains. The metal on the nightstand covered in dirt as if it had never been wiped dow before. The shower is rusty.

We had overnight stay of one night. For the price we had much better stays. Property run down and not clean. Our Room was very clean and big. Breakfast eggs were artificial and not good. Needs majob updates but employees were friendly and kind.

A great place to stay! My family & my dog enjoyed our stay…. So far. We are staying until the end of the week … the pool and hot tub were both very clean & relaxing… great WiFi and loved the coffee all day long!

Not the cleanest place
Check in was easy, and staff was friendly. The bed was clean and decent, but the rest of the hotel left something to be desired in the way of cleanliness and upkeep. Our air-conditioning unit had mold growing on the vents. One of the bedside lamps was broken, the shower curtain rid was broken, the bathroom exhaust fan did not work, and was covered in layers of dust and dirt. There was dust and dirt in all the corners, and the doors, and even the tissue box cover looked like it hadn't been wiped down in several months. I guess at least we didn't see any bugs...

Average hotel for a short stay. On the surface, looks good but in need of upgrades. Bathroom tub, shower heads, and baseboards were patched over jobs. The breakfast was ok. It was nice to have a microwave and refrigerator in the room. I reserved two rooms with King beds and when I arrived at one of the rooms it was two queen beds. When I inquired, the front desk said they were sold out. It would have been nice to have been told at check-in

Stayed here for two weeks in 2021. The hotel really has gone down hill. Had to switch rooms twice due to cleanliness. Pool had way too much chlorine and bathroom attached to it disgustingly dirty. Breakfast barely mediocre. It used to be a very clean nice stay at n won’t stay here again there’s better comparable options. Staff were very friendly at front desk.

Weekend away
We were staying there because we had our truck at Carlisle Truck Nationals. It was a nice hotel but getting to it was difficult. The area out front with the empty parking lot is an eye sore. The room was nice, but the sheets were put on inside out and there was trash and cheese it's under the dresser still, and hair in the tub. The exhaust fan did not work in the bathroom either. We checked in Friday after a really long day and off and on really hot and then soaking rain weather and we could not wait to relax in the pool. It was nothing like the picture. It was smaller, the floor and the rim of the pool had algae or mold growing on it. It didn't look like the bottom had been cleaned in years and the pool deck and chairs looked the same as well. It was not bad enough not to go in through but then a bunch of people came in and it got really loud so we went back to our room. The desk clerks were really nice both at night and during the day. I did notice when we were checking out that the cleaning staff was on the young side so that may have something to do with the cleaning issues but overall we would stay again. The King Suite was a great room with the space that we needed.
