Great location and value hotel
Masaya caters to independent travelers and backpackers and has a great youthful vibe. This is not a Hilton...and thats a good thing if you like things to be a little different. The location is hard to beat, the rooms are nice, the breakfast was very good and the rooftop deck is awesome. Enjoy!

Amazing view and crew
Wonderful crew and facilities. We had an issue with TV at check in but registration desk crew went above and beyond to fix it as soon as the could. Very comfortable bed, we had everything we needed in the room, it is well designed and functional. Loved the fact that city tap water is drinkable and it actually tasted great! We would strongly recommend to stay at this wonderful hotel, just keep in mind some party noise Friday night and Saturday night. Breakfast was enough food and tasty. Hotel neighborhood is safe and has more than plenty of restaurants and cafes options.

Booked a single room in Masaya. I heard very loud noise from the rooftop bar until midnight and there is no AC in the room. The big hostel makes it harder to interact with fellow travelers.

Roof top pool area is great with multiple levels, a bar, and amazing panoramic views of the city. Rooms are very nice size with high ceilings, comfy bed, great shower, and quiet as the building is concrete. The area is very walkable to tons of restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Coffee shop, burger spot, and coworking space on site. Would stay here again and again.

The staff were great, the location was also great, close to everything and the food was good. But my room didn’t have air conditioner and my sister’s room that had A/C it was leaking a lot of water. The bathtub was constantly clogged and you can hear the music from the terrace all of way to your room.
