Location and availability were perfect to attend a wedding in Talent, and visit family in Medford. The hotel is just a couple lights away from going either direction on 99 or 5, right next door to Wal Mart, and across the street from Shari's. The room had a couple of minor maintenance items that had been overlooked, but nothing that impacted function or safety in anyway. The staff were all very friendly and helpful from check in to check out.

We always stay at the clarion in Medford. We come for softball tournaments. It’s easy to go to and from the fields, and lots of stores to shop at.

First the good. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was good. GREAT shower head! But two not so good things stand out. First, the bed was too hard. I realize that is subjective. Second, the toilet is the smallest toilet I have ever used. Why did they put preschool sized toilets in the units? I actually laughed when I saw it. Decent place to stay for the price though.

Not what we expected based off pictures.
The rooms that are posted are not the rooms at this hotel. We paid for a room with pictures that showed a different seating area with a "living room" that was accessible. We got a room that was nothing what we paid for. The images of the lobby are not this hotel. The tiny bottle of shampoo, lotion and bodywash were half full. They did not change them out from the guest before us. The worst part? When the lady who was filling breakfast food trays was scooping out the egg discs with her hands. No gloves. No utensils. Jist scooping them out of her bin into the serving tray with a cupped hand. The people up front were amazing and friendly. They deserve a raise. I've never left a bad review. This hotel needs to update their photos, change out the toiletries, and supply the breakfast people with gloves or scoopers for food.
