Comfortable and Friendly
Very comfortable room and very nice staff. We were meeting friends in Ashland but the other hotel didn’t take pets. This hotel was nicer and it took pets. Not super fancy or plush, but a very nice and safe hotel. We will stay here again next time we’re in Ashland.

Thus was our 2nd stay and we enjoyed ourselves! Rooms are clean and comfy, staff is excellent. The little pool was sparkling and the motel itself is classic and adorable. Will stay again and highly recommend.

Liked this hotel mostly. But the noise from air conditioner and refrigerator were little bit noisy. I woke up to the sound of refrigerator operation. Other than this, it was a nice hotel.

I really love staying at this motel, for several reasons. The staff is what makes this place seem special. And the grounds, flowers and rooms are impeccable. Joseph, from the family who owns and operates the property is very polite and is great at working out deals with you if you are having a extended stay. Kate Lynn works at the desk most afternoons and is very friendly and great at recommendations for restaurants, bars, transportation. The staff here is so attentive and its a wonderful place and has more to offer than most hotels. Every day they serve a gourmet breakfast. I am saying its very good. The housekeeping team keeps the place spotless and Frank is the groundskeeper who keeps the flowers looking gorgeous and also friendly guy who can give local recommendations. i always stay here when in Eugene. Great location in town and fair prices make this a Eugene gem.....

We had book two room double queen size bed. We only got one that we book and the second room was double bed with full beds. We paid the same price for different rooms. They didn’t have enough towels for 4 people and they also didn’t have enough cups for coffee. The A/C unit worked but we couldn’t change the temperature which was a hassle. We were tired and we hoped to get well-rested but we were disappointed by what we got.

This inn uses real metal keys, and when we checked out we could not find our key; we believed our toddler must have pushed it under a heavy entertainment center in the room. The staff handled our situation very graciously, and we are very grateful for their understanding! They delayed charging us for the lost key in case either they were able to recover it, or we were able to find it. 200 miles of our road trip later, we found the key in our son's snack cup! I called the inn and arranged for a return of the key. Despite the inconvenience I caused them, they were very accommodating and never penalized me. This place is run by good people!

Very friendly staff. Basic but very clean accommodations. Close to a very nice market grocery store and many interesting coffee shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again for my next visit to southern Oregon.

Hot and loud. It was 100 in Ashland when we stayed, which isn't that unusual for the summer. The AC units at this place can't handle that, ours ran all night but was still hot. It also smelled like something had nested in it at some point. The room somehow still smells like cigarettes. You can hear everything from the other rooms. My youngest had some kind of allergic reaction to something, probably dust, which isn't that weird with an old AC running. We stayed there before a few years ago and it was fine(ish), but I definitely wouldn't do it in the summer again.
