The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and kind. We were in town for a funeral and stressed most of the time, but they calmed us down and helped us find our way around. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfy and quiet.
It was a one night stay enroute to the Brooks Hospital for day surgery. Really appreciated the quiet and comfortable stay. Loved the custom omelette for breakfast. Only thing missing was the option of decafe coffee in the breakfast area.

Pros: Comfortable beds, staff was aware of noise in hallways, and dealt with it quickly, very clean room, awesome free breakfast with omelet station and bacon/sausage. Cons: Pool very small. Hot tub stopped working the night we were there, but not much they could do but apologize. Only one elevator. Have to walk around building to get in from rear parking lot.

The hotel was clean, front staff incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a lot of options! The only slight drawback was that you could tell it used to be a smoking hotel and our room had a slight stale smoke smell to it, but nothing major.

Nice getaway hotel
Hotel was clean, checkin was good. The place is showing its ear. Our room had torn curtains, ceramic floors all cracked. Saying that is was nice and quiet and we slept well.

Quiet, clean. We had 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa and the room was very spacious! Excellent breakfast! There was an omelette bar (Thomas makes a great omelette, you get to pick the ingredients)
