Architecturally designed house set in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula

Main Ridge Barn was designed and built in 2019 with a specific purpose of being a relaxed and comfortable entertainer! The house itself has been architecturally designed to ensure you feel part and parcel of the wonderful surrounds. With a large north facing deck there is nothing better than sitting with a glass of wine, looking across the strawberry fields waiting for the local kangaroos to bound past. In winter, fire up the log burner and enjoy the views through a 12m wall of windows.

In 2023, Main Ridge Barn was awarded 'Best Rural Accommodation - Mornington Peninsula' for the second year in a row by LUXlife magazine in their 2023 Resorts & Retreats Awards.

The property is only 250m from Rocky Creek Strawberry Farm and 350m from T'Gallant Winery and a 20 minute stroll to Green Olive and Ten Minutes by Tractor.

The house is also secure for small dogs and we welcome your fully house-trained fur-babies. A $10 per night, per dog levy applies for a max of two dogs and all requests will be considered upon application. Please enquire before booking.

House configuration upstairs - Bedroom 1 (King Bed & balcony), Bedroom 2 (2 x King Single Beds), Bathroom (shower & bath) and large rumpus living area on mezzanine (inc 55" TV).

House configuration downstairs - Bedroom 3 (Queen Bed), Bedroom 4 (2 x Single bunk beds - sleeps 4), Laundry (separate washer & dryer), modern kitchen, dining area (3m table, seats 10), lounge with 65" Smart TV and log burner.

Lovely getaway at Main Ridge
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is great with a lovely vista overlooking the strawberry fields. The house is quiet, clean and well stocked with cooking utensils and pantry staples. The welcome hamper was a nice touch. The wifi worked seamlessly and we were able to stream movies. Electric blankets were supplied and the floor heating in the bathrooms, fireplace and room heating kept us comfortable and cosy. Brenda was very easy to communicate with and allowed us to check in a little earlier.

Perfect family getaway in our favourite place!
We had a wonderful week staying at the barn! Emma and Steve made us feel welcome before we had even arrived and communication was great throughout our stay, nothing was too much trouble! The house has been perfectly designed for two families with upstairs and downstairs zones, we felt right at home and able to relax as soon as we arrived. We received a gorgeous welcome basket and the house was stocked with all the essentials (pantry, kitchen, soap, washing detergent, etc.) which made our stay even more enjoyable. The house is modern, beautifully furnished, filled with light and has thoughtful touches throughout with lots to keep the kids and adults entertained both indoors and outdoors. A stunning home in an amazing location! We look forward to creating more memories at the barn in the future! Highly recommend!!
