Located in the very heart of popular Bayside suburb Bonbeach with beachfront access next to Bonbeach Life Saving Club, and merely 300 metres to the Bonbeach train station, this light-filled stay offers an enviable laidback coastal lifestyle. Relax in the open-plan living area overlooking Port Phillip Bay, dine alfresco, or pop over to the beach for a dip or take the supplied kayak before rinsing off under the outdoor shower, indulging in a spa bath, and settling in on the sofa with a movie.
Perfectly situated between Melbourne and the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, guests enter this beachside home via a secure electric gate, with the main living area and two of four bedrooms located upstairs.
Here you’ll find a welcoming, open-plan space to unwind, including a well-equipped kitchen. Share meals together around the table in the light-filled dining area or slide open the glass doors and head out to your private balcony, where a setting overlooks the beach. In the evenings, head to the living area and kick back on the comfy sofas with the latest Netflix series, with the option of an indoor fireplace or split system air-conditioning keeping you comfortable year-round.
Upstairs, the master bedroom features a walk-in robe as well as a stylish and contemporary ensuite complete with a shower, toilet and basin. A second bedroom with a queen size bed is located here as well as a powder room. Downstairs, a third bedroom with two king single beds and a fourth bedroom with a queen bed awaits. A family bathroom is shared between the downstairs bedrooms, including all the essentials – soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer – plus a spa bath where guests can indulge in a leisurely soak.
Also located on the ground level is another powder room and a games room complete with a ping pong table, board games, reading material, a sofa and two armchairs. Opening out to the pet-friendly backyard, where you’ll find a deck with an outdoor shower to rinse off after a dip at the beach, and a laundry area including a washing machine and drying rack.
There is plenty of parking with a double garage and in the driveway.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
