Great location near Crown complex, close to Southern Cross Station and a tram stop outside the door! Apartment was modern, clean and was handy having washing machine/dryer. Gym and pool a bonus and very helpful staff too!

I stayed here for 4 nights with work. The one bedroom apartment was a great size and very comfortable. The bed was also comfortable. My main reason for giving 4 stars and not 5 was how incredibly noisy it was at night. The street noise was so bad I had to sleep with ear plugs in and even then it was super noisy still. The windows need double glazing. The other small reasons for losing a star were that the phone didn’t work so I couldn’t get wake up calls, some of the lights were a bit dodgy and there were too few hangers for a 5 day work trip. Also the location isn’t ideal for main cbd access so I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

I will definitely book again. Close to the convention centre and shopping outlets. The rooms were very clean and kept daily. Reception was extremely helpful and printed documents for us as well.

I love the rooms here, love having a washer and dryer. Love being able to make my own breakie in the apartments. Also easy walking to marvel stadium and crown and all the amazing restaurants along Southbank and southward.

Property is close proximity to Southern Cross railway station which is ideal for regional travellers. Tram stop right out the front. Casino across the river with dining options. Breakfast options were very limited unless you are willing to walk some distance. Despite the Metro trains being outside, the room was very quiet and very spacious. Pillows are always an issue, but you make do with what's supplied.
