My family and I enjoyed our recent stay at Hyatt Place. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast bar was delicious. There is even a bar, dining, and snack area if you choose to take advantage. I'm giving the property 4 stars only because I reserved a crib for my son days in advance of us leaving for Florida. I was assured that we would have one waiting in our room when we got there; however, upon arrival we were told that all of the cribs were given out already. We were told that we'd have one for the following day, which didn't turn out to be true. I had to makeshift a safe space for my young toddler to sleep on the pull out couch instead, which led to the both of us not sleeping well during our stay. I'm pretty bummed about it because I was looking forward to great sleep on the hotel's comfortable beds. Lesson learned for our next trip: bring your own pack 'n play just in case! Overall, our stay at the hotel was really good. If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely stay there again!

The hotel is really nice and modern. The first room on the 3rd floor smelled like dog, so they moved me to another room. The breakfast was okay, not much of a selection. The staff are very professional and accomodating.

Very clean and affordable place. We had plenty of clean towels and the place was so nice and quiet. As a family of four we enjoyed the space. It would have been nice to be able to hook our game to the TV, but there are no ports to do that. That is not a big problem we still had a good time and would stay again.
