Welcome to my Catherdral style heritage shared home made on a land size of in a 12,000 square feet. You will find a large sitting area as you enter the home. Your fully equipped one room set with private bathroom, and a small private kitchenette is entirely set up for you. The large window in the room opens out in the garden yet curtains are just perfect for a good night’s sleep. There is a large work area set up should you want to work a bit!
As you settle yourself in your cosy room, you would also want to soak in the vibes of the house!
Your small kitchenette cum laundry opens the doorway to the massive pool, garden swing, beautifully maintained lawn, fruits, vegetable plants, firepit. Enjoy reading a book on the swing and by the side of the Life-sized statue of a woman or just cosy yourself in the beautiful sun sitting outside!
Shopping mall (Woodgrove) is 20 minutes walk, or 3 minutes by car, gym is only 15 minutes walk, train station 8 minutes drive, bus stop 3 minutes walk, CBD 30 minutes by train (38 kms)
