A king/queen bed isn’t 2 lumpy singles pushed together with a big bedding over the top - terrible sleep as a result Yes everything was clean, but light switches and fittings are cheap and don’t always work properly I won’t be back, sorry guys

Loved the location! Easy to get to from the car park, close to trams, and train station, the Mall for shopping, bars. Staff were lovely and attentive and rooms were new! This will become our new regular place to stay in the city

We liked our clean, pleasant room, but having construction work right outside our window which didn’t stop till 10:00pm the night of our stay, then starting at 6:00am the following morning wasn’t ideal. Would have been nice to not be so close to construction side or at least been warned

Lovely new facilities. Rooms are well designed with clever use of space. Beautiful bathrooms, comfy bed, nice and quiet - couldn't hear my neighbours at all. Staff were helpful and friendly. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and can't wait to come back!
