Expansive, picturesque views over the sea toward Phillip Island create an ever-changing outlook for this peaceful, two-storey home with masses of accommodation for the whole family, with three separate apartments for privacy as well as a six (6) bed bunk room for the kids, plus two queen bedrooms.

Set on approximately 1 acre of landscaped gardens - tall trees, lawns, pretty mixed borders, ornamental ponds, a prolific fruit orchard and vegetable garden surround the house, creating a secluded, private haven with plenty of native birdlife and within easy walking distance of popular Point Leo beach.

A series of large timber decks and verandas offer multiple spaces for outdoor entertaining or simply relaxing and enjoying the views. The spacious open kitchen dining and living room, with wood fire, opens on both sides for easy indoor-outdoor living with an alfresco entertaining area, to the rear, offering a sheltered spot for long lunches and starlit dinners. Stunning views flood the interior giving constant connection to sea and garden surrounds.

The home offers a wing of three private apartments for the in-laws or grandparents to give them some quiet time away from the kids. With lovely outlooks, open to the decks, include ensuites, kitchenettes, lounge are with TV, Coonara heating and split systems and separate bathrooms.
The master bedroom enjoys sea views and access to a sunny deck. A second story apartment with separate entrance and private balcony fully appreciates the magnificent views over the treetops to the sea beyond.

Including: wood heaters, split system heating and cooling, Wifi, playroom for the little kids and separate bunk room with TV and gaming console for the big kids.
