well furnished apartment in Via Togliatti at 350 meters from the beach, in a very quiet environment, composed of 3 bedrooms (2 have a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds, all well furnished and comfortable), a kitchen and ample, a storage room, 2 bathrooms, a large living room where you will find a sofa bed that has 2 single beds (but which can also be joined into a double bed as needed), a large terrace complete with every comfort to be able to stay outside (rocking chair) , deckchairs, glass table with chairs, roller blind) ideal for eating peacefully in the open air. The property includes a parking space in the driveway where you will also find a shower cubicle.
FYI: If sheets and towels are required for the stay (which are not included in our rentals), there will be a payment of 50 euros upon delivery of the keys.
