About this property

Bed and breakfast in old rectory from 1667 in a very quiet area

Our room 2 person's room of about 19 square meters is housed in an old rectory dating back to 1667. It has a private entrance, shower and toilet. The furniture is in the Breton style. In the double bed you sleep in peace, because there is really no traffic around.
When the sky is clear, you can see all the stars at night because there is no ambient light.
The house is located in a small "hamlet" of 8 houses at the end of a cul-de-sac. The garden has about 3000 square meters where you can stay anywhere to relax.
The breakfast is served with many local organic products in our kitchen / living room and in the evening there is also the possibility to share the table with us and to eat. If necessary, you can lunch at our place. In about 2 km away Mellionnec there is a shop where all local organic products are sold. Here you can find bread from the local bakery, milk and cheese products, fruits, vegetables, meat, wine and local beer. The local brewery is about 200m further. You can also drink a good coffee here. In the bookshop, also on the place of the chutch, you will find new and used books for old and young in several languages. There is also a bar in the village of Mellionnec. The village school celebrated its 20 year reopening in 2018, there are 37 children in 2 classes this year.
Mellionnec has 430 inhabitants, 26 clubs, many in the cultural field.
Among others, Ty Films, an association that organizes a three-day documentary film festival every year at the end of June, which attracts some 3500 visitors to Mellionnec.
For your stay with us you only need to bring your personal belongings, bed linen and towels we provide.
The WIFI connection can be used in the house and garden for free
It is possible to bring a child up to 2 years.
Please no pets.
