SituĆ© en sous-sol dā€™une maison particuliĆØre. AccĆØs indĆ©pendant, petit jardinet et fraĆ®cheur apprĆ©ciable de lā€™appartement par forte chaleur. Impeccable pour passer les soirĆ©es et profiter de la journĆ©e pour visiter les environs. Je recommande pour couple avec un enfant maximum.
