It was quite loud this visit. The hotel seemed to enforce a quiet time after 10 pm which was very nice. The breakfast was very busy and often ran low on multiple food items but again, staff was very prompt in restocking. This is a nice hotel in downtown Memphis and we would stay here again if we return.

Great stay. So close to Fed Ex forum. We walked to the game without any issues. Breakfast was good too and the room was very clean. We have a cleaning business and it passed so it was clean

Very spacious room and comfortable. Handy for the touristy attractions. Free car park was a big bonus. Check out staff need to take lessons from the check in staff on customer service but other than that a lovely hotel and would recommend
