Family getaway
Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. We loved looking out over the little lake every morning and sitting around the fire every evening. The kitchen is roomy for several cooks, has high end cookware. Foosball & other games made it so fun. Loved it all!

Nice house. Lots of games and activities.
Four bedroom and three full bathrooms, the house was laid out perfectly for a busy family trying to spend family time. Tons of games outside, a nice bonfire area, and a great setup for the kids to fish. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this house to others! Comfort and cozy, loved our stay!

Great location a short distance away from multiple golf courses, which made for a great place for friends to gather from across the country. If we come back to Memphis, Mario will be the first call we make.

Top Notch everything!
I stay in quite a few rental properties annually- for leisure and for work- this property and these owners (Esthella & Mario) are the best that I've ever encountered. Their communication and hospitality goes above and beyond. There was a storm that took out power lines and electricity. E&M were way ahead of troubleshooting and had reached out immediately to check on us, our arrival, offer alternatives -they had generators for the property- and met us, on site, to assist. They are kind, proactive, wonderful hosts. The property is GORGEOUS! E&M add homey touches (snacks, yard games, etc.) that help to embrace you the minute you walk through the door. We spent so much time outdoors on the deck, patio, at the firepit- at all times of day! There is no doubt that should I return to Memphis, I will seek out ANY property that E&M host. No brainer!

Spectacular retreat close to the action!
Best vacation rental ever. Pictures accurately depict beautiful large space. Hosts have the place in perfect condition and provided welcoming baskets of fruit and snacks. Really went above and beyond. The outdoor space is lakeside and HUGE with tons of seating areas. Our group ranged in age from 18-83 and everyone loved the place.

Gorgeous Lake House 15 Minutes from everything you should do in Memphis!
This was a wonderful lake house rental and Mario and Esthela could not have been more welcoming. This is perfect for one or two families that want a spot for kids to fish and adults to enjoy fire pits, bags and loads of family fun. It is located 15 minutes from everything! The zoo, the Grizzlies Stadium, Graceland, Bass Pro Pyramid and fantastic BBQ on Beale St. This rental has all the comforts of home, but next level vacation fun. Rent this place and you can not go wrong!

Poignant Family Time
We so appreciate our hosts and the property they offered so kindly! Our visit was short but comfortable and secure. The beauty of the cove on Lake Windermere was a blessing that continued to give throughout our stay.

Excellent Lake house
The property is very good, updated and clean. There is plenty of space inside and out. Great fire pit area and plenty of games at the property to include a foosball table. The owners were very attentive and even offered a late checkout at no additional charge, 10 stars!!!!!

Amazing fall weekend
The house has beautiful views of the lake. The leaves were changing and the weather was perfect for s’mores around the fire pit!! The house was well stocked and we felt spoiled with the snacks that were left for us. They thought of everything and made us feel so at home!!! We would definitely come back.

Picture-perfect lakeside stay
Mario and Esthela are amazing hosts and their property was truly perfect for my group of friends! We go on an annual reunion trip to catch up and hang out, and we had a lovely time sitting out on the expansive back patio (when the weather wasn't too hot) and enjoying the games and living room which was a perfect hang-out space. The best thing about the home is how well stocked it is! There are tons of kitchen supplies, and Mario and Esthela even left us snacks and coffee to get us started. The location was also conveniently located only about 15-20 minutes from all the spots we wanted to visit in Memphis. Highly recommend this property and we'd stay again!

Great house!
This house was really such a fun one to stay in. We had 4 kids with us (7-10), and all absolutely loved the endless activities and games that were there. We were seeing cousins for the first time in 2.5 years and they just played non stop together with the darts, goose ball table, board and card games, yard tick tac toe, corn hole, and the most favorite of racquetball (I’m sure I’m missing some). The house is beautiful, and the owners are super sweet - my son left his favorite stuffed doll there and they found it and mailed it back to us. They have another house on the same street they rent - I could see renting both places to have more family come next time…
