The Cottage in the Historic South Main Arts District in downtown Memphis overlooks the Civil Rights Museum, the Lorraine Motel and is within walking distance of Beale Street, FedEx Forum, Blues Foundation Museum, The Orpheum and all Memphis in May activities. The Main Street Trolley runs directly to the Memphis Convention Center.
Part of a 2 building residence on historic S. Main Street, the Cottage has undergone a complete renovation in 2017 with a New Orleans style flair. It is centrally located on the trolley line and within walking distance to lots of shopping and great restaurants.
Owner lives on property and will greet guests most of the time during regular check in hours. Smart lock codes will be given outside of those times.
A maximum of 4 guests unless preapproved by owner prior to booking. Additional fees apply to more than 4 guests.
Two night minimum with the exception of Memphis in May activities. BSMF is a 3 night minimum and BBQ Fest is a 4 night minimum.
No cancellation refunds for bookings during holidays or special events to include all Memphis in May activities, International Blues Contest, River Arts Festival and all MLK activities.
