Disappointed in cleanliness and condition of apartment
This apartment is well located, in that it is within walking distance on the central area, and right off the #40 highway if you are driving. We had trouble locating the property as the map from VRBO indicated a different area. The owner was quick to assist us when contacted. Unfortunately we found dirty dishes in the cupboard and dirty floors. The owner refunded our cleaning fee when we expressed our concern. The property and furnishings need a refresh to make this a great rental unit.
