The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a three season porch where the dining room table is located, a living area, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom. Downstairs there is an additional living area and bedroom.

Outside, guests will love using the spacious yard to grill a meal together and partake in yard games. This home is located minutes from downtown Meredith and not too far from the Tilton outlets, public golf courses, several family fun centers, walking trails, marinas, shopping, restaurants and the White Mountains.
