My stay at El Conquistador was lovely. The staff & service were responsive, helpful, and friendly. Lots of great restaurants and cocktail bars within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

I was very happy with just about everything at the hotel. In particular, the staff were great. The hotel was clean and well kept. The only fault I found was that the room did not come equipped with the usual refrigerator.

Habitación sucia, blancos percudidos y manchados al igual que la toallas. Pedí que cambiaran las sabanas y fundas de almohadas y las que pusieran igual estaban sucias y percudidas.Almohadas muuuuuy corrientes y con manchas de que tienen plaga de chinches. Llaves del baño oxidadas. Olía un poco a humedad cuando llegue
