Great location. We had a room at the back, so it was also very quiet. Room was good value for the price. No fridhe or coffee in the room. Walkable to many restaurants and the local sites. Our one big problem was that we had only cold water in the shower for our three night stay. Also the water in the bathroom sink only came out in a small dribble. Mentioned this to the front desk every day, but no solution was offered. The young man at the desk was sympathetic, but unable to help. I set a messageto the hotel management afterwards, but so far no response. Too bad because everything else was very good.

Parking was a bit of a tricky issue with this hotel. They have no affiliation with any close lots and the one across the street was very costly - 500 pesos/night, which is nearly half the room cost. We had to venture a couple blocks for something at 300 pesos overnight. The hotel staff were very pleasant and allowed us to store our luggage at reception, since we were early. The room is very clean with a comfortable bed (IMO). The only setback we had, which is not the fault of the hotel was that there is a noticeable music noise from a neighboring business (not sure which one?), and despite asking for a quiet room, was heard. Turning on the AC mitigated about half the sound. Overall decent value for money and extremely walkable/close to everything in the center.

La experiencia en el Mesón Santa Lucía fue excelente. La atención al cliente es inmejorable, siempre amables y dispuestos a ayudar. El precio es muy bueno, considerando las instalaciones nuevas, modernas y bien mantenidas. La habitación es amplia y muy limpia, con una cama cómoda y un aire acondicionado que funciona perfectamente, ideal para descansar después de un día recorriendo Mérida. El baño es funcional, amplio y también impecable. Aunque el agua caliente a veces no es constante, no representa un problema; nunca estuvo helada y fue más que suficiente para una ducha agradable. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta si vienes a turistear, ya que se encuentra cerca del centro, los mercados y Paseo Montejo. Incluso puedes caminar hasta Paseo 60 sin problema. Si decides rentar un coche, hay un estacionamiento 24 horas justo enfrente, lo cual es muy conveniente. El ambiente del hotel es relajado, con un toque moderno que lo hace muy acogedor. Además, hay un restaurante delicioso en la planta baja y muchísimas opciones de comida en los alrededores, lo que es un gran plus. El hotel cuenta con una piscina, aunque es pequeña, es un detalle agradable para refrescarse. Definitivamente recomendaría este hotel, especialmente para quienes visitan Mérida con la intención de explorar y disfrutar de la ciudad. Es una excelente opción para turistear cómodamente a un precio accesible.

El hotel es nuevo, la habitación funcional y el aire acondicionado funciona perfecto, la cama y almohadas cómodas. Está super bien ubicado, por eso lo elegimos. Fuimos en viaje de placer a conocer la ciudad. Estuvimos dos noches, nos hospedamos dos personas. El primer día el agua caliente fue suficiente solo para una persona, uno tuvo que bañarse con agua fría. La mañana que dejamos el hotel, tuvimos que estar en aeropuerto a las 6 de la mañana, así que nos bañamos a las 5 CON AGUA FRÍA, pues nunca salió caliente. El hotel es pequeño y yo solo vi otra pareja de huéspedes. Pienso que por la poca clientela, prenden la caldera solo un rato, por eso no hay agua caliente. Además, el desagüe de la regadera no funciona., el agua permanecía casi todo el día. No tienen recepcionista nocturno, así que no hubo a quien decirle nada. Además, esa noche intentaron abrir nuestra habitación. A mi me despertó un ruido que creí que era del exterior. Por la mañana que dejábamos el hotel, nos dimos cuenta que la puerta estaba abierta. No lograron entrar porque antes de dormir, poníamos la cadena de seguridad. Igualmente, a quien decirle nada si no hay recepcionista nocturno y esa mañana dejamos el hotel. No me explico cómo abrieron nuestra puerta, si el acceso es con tarjeta electrónica!!! Mala experiencia. Nunca regresare a este lugar

¡Una experiencia increíble en Mesón Santa Lucía! Las instalaciones están en perfecto estado, son modernas, cómodas y perfectas para disfrutar y relajarse. La atención es excepcional; el personal siempre está dispuesto a ayudar y hace que cada momento sea memorable. Desde el primer contacto hasta el final de la estancia, el servicio es impecable y siempre con una sonrisa. Sin duda, recomiendo aprovechar al máximo cada espacio de este lugar hermoso. Es una experiencia que vale cada segundo y a la que espero regresar pronto. ¡Muy recomendado!

Súper Ubicación y Vista Increíble!! encontré esta joya por la ubicación, el lugar esta muy lindo y nuevo, me encantó que todo esta super cerca y con las mejores opciones para todo a la mano, hay muy buenas opciones de restaurantes y el parque de santa lucia esta justo en frente con un ambiente super agradable, tuve una vista increíble de él y de la calle desde el balcón, la habitación con mucho espacio y cómoda, es el lugar indicado para disfrutar de la ciudad y descansar muy a gusto.
