I expected better...
Not so good. The windows dont open so you cant get fresh air. The in-room hvac system makes the room too warm or too cool and keeps the room stuffy. Oh and the window was so dirty that you could barely see out of it and it has to be cleaned from the outside; seriously it was 'that' dirty. My key card stopped working a day before checkout. Upon checkout, the clerk felt it better to engage in a personal conversation (on speaker) rather than even acknowledge that I was standing right in front of her. This went on for almost five minutes before acknowledged me. The customer (guest) comes first, right?

The bathroom was dirty, sink wasnā€™t cleaned out, the sheets were dirty, the shower was dirty & barely worked. I saw a little roach crawl from under the tub while I was using the bathroom.

It has been awhile since Iā€™ve stayed at motel 6. Close to 15 years. I had made a reservation for nonsmoking king. After I was checked in, I didnā€™t realize that hotel did not have an elevator and was given a room on the 2nd floor. Being that I recently had surgery, climbing stairs was not an option for me. The desk clerk was asked if they could place me in a room on the first floor. Immediately the desk clerk tried to say they didnā€™t have any rooms and they were full. After it was asked how could they be full and the parking lot was almost empty for the exception of a few parked cars a room on the 1st floor was given a room. The only other thing is the washing of towels. Several strands of long hair were in the towels. Other than that. It was a nice room and I was able to get sleep.

It was very dirty. Went to check in and front desk person didn't know what he was doing, as well didn't have the room ready that I had reserved a few days ago. Was trying to have me pay when I already paid online. Then bedroom was ok but toilet did not work at all.
