The accommodation
Located on the ground floor, the flat is as follows:

- Living room furnished with two sofas, an armchair, TV, dining table.
- Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, fridge, hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery...

Night area:
- Bedroom 1: master suite with queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm), and private bathroom with Italian shower.
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size double bed (160 cm x 200 cm).
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size double bed (160 cm x 200 cm).
- Bedroom 4: children's bedroom with bunk bed (sleeps 2).
- Bathroom with Italian shower, WC, washing machine.

Outside :
- Private garden of 100 m² facing south, with terrace of 20 m² fitted with garden furniture, dining table, brazier and deck chairs.
- Small terrace at the back of the house, accessible from the kitchen, fitted with garden furniture to have breakfast in the morning, or an aperitif in the evening!
