The bathroom was in bad shape. The shower head was very low. Had to do a back bend to was hair. Stuff was ready to fall off the walls. No fridge or microwave. For the price was not worth it. Chip hotels are in better shape

They allowed loud people in the hallway! When I notified the front desk they did nothing until I called the second time. Then they sent up security. Then the people went into their room and when security left they continued to make noise for half an hour. This ruined our sleep it is 4:22 am the people woke us up at about 2 am. I won’t be able to sleep and I will be awake all night. I am canceling and demanding a refund for both nights and I won’t stay here again!

I left the property to stay somewhere else for the night. I had a headache and sore throat within minutes of being in the common area and in my room on the property. The smoke was overwhelming and I am a smoker! So it isn’t like I am so against it but it hit me hard. It was also very big and confusing where to go when I pulled up. The room was super outdated with no fridge or coffee…which is a deal killer for me. The bedsheets didn’t look clean. If you are looking for a convenient place to stay between Vegas and Zion this probably isn’t the place for you. Pros: the staff was nice. If you are looking to party and gamble, this is the place. If you are looking for a stop on the way to Zion, you may not feel like it’s a good fit.

The pool wasn’t heated, so no one could go in it for very long. They also removed the little refrigerators and coffee makers from the rooms.

Check in was very quick and we were able to get adjoining rooms. Downside was only one elevator area, and it was on the opposite end of this large hotel, so a very long way to bring in luggage. Rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. Downside was ice machine (which was by elevator, ugh!) was broken on 3rd floor. No coffee, fridge or micro in rooms. We didn’t arrive early enough to enjoy the resort feel, but walking around, it felt very tropical and fun. We would definitely stay here again. Very reasonably priced and comfy and quiet room- (but we were on the very far end of the hotel)
