Remolding the whole place was a night mare.
Barely had any sleep was knocking on the floor upstairs walking around all night no toilet paper in the room barely have a roll overly charged after I already paid for the room

Not a good place to stay.
The hotel is under construction and loud banging, jackhammers can be heard the floor below. The toilet didnt flush right, and the pool was closed. I had to find another room down the street. Couldnt get out fast enough.

In the email to me, it said that the pool was available: one of the main reasons we chose it hotel. However, when we arrived, the desk manager failed to mention that the pool and hot tub were closed. The pool and hot tub remained closed during our entire stay due to a city ordinance violation. I would like a refund for false advertising and misleading expectations. Also, none of the info was posted on the booking page about the laundry facility being out of commission and the building being under renovations. I want made aware of this until after booking the non-refundable booking. Very dishonest. I would have chosen a different hotel had I known these things. Completely took the fun out of what would have otherwise been an enjoyable vacation. Refund requested emphatically.

The property is under renovation,which is fine. However, when we got to the room, there was mold, urine and hair around the toilet. It was gross, so we asked for another room. There was no hot water that night, which again, wasn't an issue because we didn't want to shower. However, the next morning there was still no hot water. The pancake machine didn't work at 6:30a.m., but was working later. There was just a lot wrong and it was disappointing. Holiday Inn is usually better than that, which was why I felt confident booking that property.
