Mesquite Retreat with great patio, pool, and putting green!

We are delighted to welcome you to our Mesquite Retreat. This is our family vacation home, and we hope that you enjoy it and respect it as much as we do. Please make yourself at home. If you have any issues at all we are just a text away. We hope you have an amazing stay! 4 bedroom (2 masters) 3 bathrooms, 2 workstations, large kitchen, roomy family room with sectional (room for additional air mattress), pantry, huge dining table - perfect for game nights. Exit the sliding glass door to the large covered patio, outdoor grill, huge pool with 4 built in barstools, putting green, and lots of outdoor seating room. ***THERE IS NO HOT TUB***

This is a smart home & is protected by Vivint Smart Home Technology. There is a camera at the front door (built into the doorbell), and a camera on the back patio that can view the full patio & pool area.

The front wing of the house has 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom is a small master with a en-suite bathroom. The tile shower has a wide entrance and shower bench for people needing extra accessibility. This bedroom has a work station, all you need to do is plug in your laptop to use the workstation. This bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, smart TV, and extra closet space.

The second bedroom in the front end of the home has a queen bed, closet, storage shelves, an additional workstation.

Between the second and third bedroom is a full bathroom.

The third bedroom can sleep up to 7. One full sized bed, Full over Full bunk beds, twin pull out trundle - ideal for a kids room. This will also comfortably sleep 3-4 adults.

Walk down the long hallway into the family room / kitchen area.

The laundry room is located just off the kitchen. The entrance to the garage is in the laundry room. *PLEASE NOTE there is no access permitted to the garage, this is where we store our personal belongings. If for any reason you need access to the garage, please let us know and we can discuss a possible agreement for you to have access for an additional fee & additional waiver & deposit.

The kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Additional appliances in the pantry. We provide you with a nespresso machine and 1 sleeve of coffee pods. **If you would like additional pods, please let us know. The kitchen island has barstool seating for 3. The large dining table comfortably sits 8. Perfect size for game nights!

The large family room provides you with plenty of room to spread out. Smart TV, large sectional, fireplace, cozy chair & ottoman, and lots of pillows and blankets for extra comfort. There is also room for a queen sized air mattress (located in hall closet) in this room.

Off the family room is the large master retreat! The master has a king sized bed, dresser, extra seating area, large master bathroom with huge walk in shower. The master also has a huge sliding glass door with electric blinds, and access to it’s own private patio area & the pool. **Please note that the master closet is locked, this is where we store our personal belongings, please do not try to enter the closet.

Off the back of the family room, and master bedroom, the large sliding glass doors open to a huge covered patio with 2 ceiling fans. Your private backyard oasis consists of a custom pool with 4 built in barstools. Putting green, axe throwing, and additional seating on the lower paver patio. Pool towels are provided and will be stored in the laundry room. The back doors have powered blinds, please do not misplace the remote! There will be an extra charge of $60 if any of the remotes are lost or broken.

Extra Linens are located in the front master bedroom closet, bedroom closets, and laundry room.
