Important Information Before Booking

This private haven is situated on the second floor of Michel's apartment, and he is delighted to welcome travelers for both leisure and personal stays in this specially designed space. If you're fortunate, you may have the opportunity to chat with him, and he can share tips and recommendations for exploring the city!

When booking this apartment, please be aware that you will only have access to your private section, located on the second floor. The accommodation spans two floors; the first level is Michel's, the owner's, apartment, and it serves solely as an entry point to the second floor, which will be entirely privatized for your use. The first floor should not be utilized, as indicated in the welcome booklet sent to you before your arrival to prevent any confusion.

The apartment features a spacious bedroom with two single beds, an additional sleeping area with a queen-size double bed, a shower room, a bright and fully furnished living space with a new, functional, and modern kitchen, as well as a convertible sofa.

Please note that the apartment is not suitable for professionals or companies booking accommodation for their employees.

You will stay in the carefully renovated former tobacco factory of Metz, with direct access to the city center, just a 10-minute walk from Metz Cathedral. Ideally located, you'll be within a fifteen-minute walk of Place Saint Louis, the famous 13th-century fortified landmark, La Porte des Allemands, and around twenty minutes on foot from the city's main tourist and commercial attractions. The Garrison Temple and the New Temple are cultural gems in the neighborhood. All amenities are within immediate pedestrian access, along with the city's major transportation hubs (train, bus, tram, bike, etc.). A designated parking space is reserved for you, providing complimentary access to the building's private parking.

The meticulously renovated accommodation offers premium amenities, blending the charm of the past with the comfort of a contemporary apartment. You'll experience the luxury of a high-end apartment, thanks to the provided furniture and the owner's thoughtful touches. The tap water is filtered and treated by a water softener for enhanced consumption quality.

The apartment includes a 160cm bed and a sofa in the living room, as well as a 120cm double bed with an accompanying 80cm single bed in the bedroom.

Beds are made upon arrival, and for your convenience, Rock in Share supplies hotel-quality linens.

Physical check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

The check-in process is self-guided. Once the reservation is confirmed, you will receive our house guide via email, providing access (after your pre-check-in) to all the necessary information for easy apartment access: directions, key box code, etc.
