Spacious and complete apartment in the most exclusive residential area in the south of Mexico City, Jardines del Pedregal de San Angel.
Inside of elegant house with independent access and exclusive parking place.
Fully equipped, garden use, with everything to enjoy your stay without any problem, better than a hotel.
2 blocks from the CCH Sur. Very close to Ciudad Univercitaria, Colegio de México, UPN, PERISUR, Bancomext, TV Azteca and Hospitals Angeles del Pedregal and PEMEX.
One bedroom with a double bed.
Sofa for one person (optional).
No limitations on access time to the department.
Located on the first floor with independent access to the house.
Internet, Cable TV, hair dryer, iron, full kitchen with microwave, coffee maker (with coffee or tea and biscuits), stove, refrigerator and other appliances and kitchen utensils. Clothes washer and dryer.
Permission to use both gardens, which have tables, chairs and armchairs.
A parking place with a fixed location, access with remote control and electric gate.
As I live next door I can support you with whatever additional you need.
