El hotel de en general fue excelente, habitaciones amplias, desayuno muy completo, sin embargo no realizaron limpieza de la habitación durante la estancia, el primer día lo solicitamos y acudieron a realizarla a las 5 de la tarde, el segundo día acudieron hasta las 7 de la tarde, Apesar de que iniciaron la limpieza desde la mañana que salimos de la habitación

Nightmare stay

Sadly, extremely noisy, on top of that, even though the reservation was for a room for 3 adults, every night we had to ask for a third towel, since the housekeeper only left 2, the first night the TV couldn’t be turned off, we had to unplug it, we reported the heater was not working also since the first night and until the last one they mentioned that the truth, they do not have it, it’s only AC, they never offer to move us to a different room, because they were “booked”, and the last day, during breakfast, the hot water pots were expending dirty water.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect — close to all the places we wanted to visit, and there was a mall right next door, which gave us plenty of things to do during our downtime. The staff was very friendly and helpful during check-in. They provided all the necessary information about the amenities, including details about the breakfast included in our stay. Our room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a positive experience and would definitely consider staying here again.
