I really enjoyed staying two nights at this hotel. Breakfast buffet is excellent and fresh. Friendly staff. Great location. I would definitely return to this hotel in the future when I am back to Mexico City.

It’s a central point of Mexico City. We walk to Starbucks, Toks, and a shopping mall Just 8 minutes away! There was a fair by the Monumento de la Revolution. The down was it needs a remodel of the other properties. But overall this was a great choice for Us and 1 more family joining Us there!

in general the service is great, what we didn’t like is they moved us to another room two days before we left, we had to demand a compensation and at the end we got a free meal. This was unusual, but indeed upsetting and time consuming. Is a pity since the rest of the staff was great

Huge disappointment! I booked this hotel based of some of the reviews, the hotel is dated, the front desk in rude, showed no interest, they were filming a commercial and created an unnecessary chaos for the guests, restaurants sucks, room service was late after three calls, they forgot the order twice! Never again, specially when they are so many good hotels nearby. I told them I was spending my bday in CDMX, not even a note or any sign of kindness like I’m used to when celebrating bdays abroad!

Room needs upgrading. Very tiny. What a shock when we arrived and turn on the TV and po*n was the first thing on. Be careful of this if with family. Otherwise the location was good and the restaurant. We had breakfast there twice. We opted for a la carte instead of the buffet. Staff not the friendliest. Parking was great except we had to call to hunt someone down to get our car at 3 am to make our reservation for the pyramids. Plan ahead for this if leaving early.
