Other than it was located in a busy area as it’s in the historic center, the hotel was kept well and clean. I was greeted by a smiling staff when I checked in and it was fast as my paperwork was ready when I arrived. My family and I like the hotel’s overall accommodations. The staff in their dining were amazing especially Ruben and Eduardo. Keep it up.

It is important to note that the street the hotel is located on is not accessible by car. You will have to walk with your luggage about 1/2 a block to get in and out. The bellman helped us when we checked out, but getting in from a taxi was challenging with two little kids and a lot of bags. Also, during our stay there was some sort of bottled water shortage so we only got one bottle in our room (for 4 people) and the closest place hotel staff knew of to buy more was two blocks away. I did find out that the VIPs by the hotel entrance sells bottled water, just at restaurant prices. Aside from these two points the hotel was great! Very convenient location to a lot of historic sites and shopping. The staff was all very nice and tried to help where they could.
