The value you get staying in a 5 star hotel is unbeatable here. The hotel is really nice and new. The staff are extremely nice! I highly recommend to stay here and save money and seeing Condesa neighborhood

My WiFi did not work and I had to leave my room two different days to go elsewhere so I was able to work from my computer. The manager said he would give me a discounted rate but never did. He also said he would comp me a meal from the rooftop bar. I received the bill and he only discounted a third of the bill smh. Very unsatisfied with my experience there.

The property was located in a great area. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. The staff was very helpful and patient with our children. We look forward to coming back.

overall, excellent facility and Staff. Maids are especially attentive. restaurants not being open upon arrival Monday night, left us a few options. Also, the bar area outside left us wet because of the umbrella situation Not shielding us from the rain.
