We overall loved the property and the staff! Turn down service was excellent nightly. The hotel is in a great area, walkable to the park and many restaurants and shops. Our main complaint would be the AC system. On the second to last night there they turned off the AC - it was heating only. We thought it was broken so my husband went down to ask for maintenance to come check on it as it was HOT in our room since we had a room facing the sun. Turns out they said the entire floor has to be on the same setting - EITHER hot OR cold and they had a guest request the heater. They offered to turn on the AC only for a couple of hours. I thought - well we are also a guest and we are HOT and paid xtra for an upgraded room… so turn it on! This is very strange to us, we have never heard of having an entire floor on a certain setting. The next two days our room was HOT as they only had the hot setting. This would’ve ruined our trip if it happened at the start of our trip, to be honest, but we endured it the last two days with the balcony door open. I would not stay at this hotel again simply for this reason alone. Worth paying more money somewhere you can control your own setting. The second negative experience was at the Skybar for breakfast. We had terrible service, we had to ask for things multiple times and were ignored most of our time there. Even though we had a complimentary breakfast, we never went back.

Great solid 4-4.5 star property with the best staff. Only things to know is to buffer shower door w a towel and else water all over bathroom, and that the rooms are small for a family of four, more European sized than American. If it was just us without kids would easily have paid $30 more a night for the larger room w king only. Again great helpful staff and include breakfast w your reservation it’s worth it! Thank you Mondrian!

Ever since I’ve stayed here I’ve never stay anywhere else anymore. The staff always remembers you even-though I do not stay constantly. The rooms are amazing and the hotel has an amazing upscale vibe. Cant wait to go back.
