Aesthetically beautiful, but beware of Room 204 if you want peace and quiet. Kitchen is located above, there were constant noise if banging and noises.
Spent a mother/daughter weekend Mexico City and stayed at the Hotel Parque Mexico. Had read some reviews that had me skeptical about it. We absolutely loved the hotel! It was a charming, clean and beautiful property. Right across the street from a lush green park, with lots of great restaurants within walking distance.
Everyone at the hotel was lovely from the front desk staff to the restaurant staff. The free breakfast and margaritas on the terrace were a nice touch.
We stayed in a junior suite and it was perfect and spacious for the two of us. The only downside was our room was on the 3rd floor and we had to walk up the stairs. I would certainly recommend staying at this hotel and would stay here again. Maybe just a room on a lower floor.
I will not stay at this hotel again. We had a master suite, No ventilation in the rooms, wifi barely works and keeps disconnecting, the bathroom does not have heating in the floor or anywhere else (we visited in January). Also no a/c for summer. Very noisy, we woke up at 6 every morning from noise in the hallway and from the restaurant above as there is no insulation for noise. There were also no free margaritas during “happy hour” as they said it would be. All in all a very disappointing stay, the only good thing is the location. We’re coming back to the area in a week and have changed the reservation to a different hotel.
I had the master suite and the window looked out over the park, very beautiful. The included breakfast was fantastic, it takes place in a really beautiful setting and the food was great. They recently switched to a full, hot breakfast and it is excellent. I also enjoyed the free margarita in the evening (although they weren't available new years eve, but I guess you can expect that).

Sadly this cute hotel keeps getting worse and worse every visit. The breakfast which use to be quite good has deteriorated to barely edible with poor service. Your better off in an Airbnb for a fraction of the price but with much better amenities.

Sadly disappointing.
It's a beautiful hotel in an amazing location but over all really didn't live up to our hopes. We asked to check in early and it was 1/3 the cost of the room to check in early which seemed a bit steep. The room was nice but the bed is quite tiny. The biggest issue was the noise. The windows are paper thin with a dog park across the street and we had a door off our quite that went to an office or a coffee nook and people were holding loud conversations starting at 6am. It felt like we had no privacy and were constantly surrounded by movement. There was also a second door off the suite that seemed to be back halls for service and again lots of activity constantly back there. To top it off, we stayed one night and when we came back and asked how to get to the roof top bar (which is the biggest advertisement for the hotel) we were told it was closed.... last thing would be to make sure you bring your own water as we were never offered any and for foreign travelers, it's kind of a must and you'd expect a nice hotel to offer at least a single bottle.
This is the second time staying at this hotel and I know next time I am in Mexico City I will definitely try to book at this hotel again. The service is great and the staff are super nice =)
The property is in a great neighbourhood. Good restaurants near by, and a beautiful large park across the street. Some of the rooms over look the park. The included breakfast is great and the staff very attentive. Carlos made us feel very special every morning and the breakfasts are not only filling and delicious but get an A for presentation too. The decor of the hotel is artsy fun and to my mind a perfect place to stay. Central location and all the sights are accessible with a short Uber or taxi ride. Five stars!

My room had literally no windows so was pitch black during the day and it was DAMP with mould patches on the ceiling. By the end of my stay of three days, all my clothes had a musty, damp smell. The wifi in my room also cut out every time it rained (every evening from 5pm till midnight) which was a problem as I was on a business trip. The decoration and rooftop terrace are beautiful and breakfast/restaurant is good but do yourself a favour, find a different hotel and come here once for a meal or cocktail on the terrace
The entire staff was incredible and welcoming. Very clean, great food, and great location. I definitely enjoyed my stay, and will be coming back. Highly recommended!
I had very uncomfortable experience at the restaurant on the third floor, we were told that we have to order food as per hotel policy otherwise they cannot serve any drinks we have to leave, we went out around the corner from our hotel find very nice restaurant.
About the hotel the room was average with a toy sink very uncomfortable you couldn’t wash face or do shave shower and toilet was ok, one other thing if expecting friend or family visit you cannot bring them to the room you need to go out the hotel or bring them upstairs to restaurant but you need to order food otherwise you can’t stay as per hotel policy, no TV in the room

I stayed in the room #103 and it was very noisy (i.e. impossible to fall asleep type) until 2am, because it is next to the metal door separating the lobby from the patio where the 1st floor rooms are located. The door is super noisy.
