From the moment I walk through the doors, I'm always greeted by the incredibly helpful and friendly staff, who go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The accommodations are consistently spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring the vibrant city. I especially appreciate the reliable Wi-Fi, making it easy to stay connected during my travels. The hotel is perfectly situated with one of the best locations in the city, allowing easy access to numerous attractions, restaurants, and cultural sites. Check in was at 3pm. We arrived at 4pm to find our room not ready. We were told it would be ready in 15 min. Thirty minutes passed. After asking about the status we were told it would be an additional 1.5 hours before the room was ready. Only upon asking for another room we were able to get out of the lobby.

Family vacation.
The first nights were ok, I had to send back the towels because they were dirty. I asked to be moved because I was in the 18th floor, I was moved to the 7th, but then there was no hot water. They moved me again to the 12th floor and the elevator went out of service. They took to long to fix it, so we took the stairs. It was ok after the 3rd day. Friendly staff and the parking was convenient. Safe area, amd lots to do.
