Modern amenities. Great location, easy and safe to walk around Roma Norte. Friendly customer service. 2 bedroom apartment was really a 1 private bedroom with a 2nd king bed in shared space with small living area and kitchen. Still roomy enough. Free laundry and nice garden terrace.

Some things I look for: comfortable bed, pillows that aren’t too big, water pressure, cleanliness of course, easy check in/out, friendly staff, quiet, ability to darken room completely at night. All of these were excellent! My only suggestion: a mirror outside of bathroom would make getting ready easier and quicker.

I really enjoyed my stay, nearby area was safe. Although at night it is noisy but an easy fix with earplugs. Angel of statue is about 15 min walk. For the zocalo 30 mins via uber. Also laundry place is nice since it is free and laundry detergent is provided. Definitely would stay again.

Love this hotel/apartment. Centrally located, parking on site, WiFi access, and staff was lovely. This provided everything that I needed to simply enjoy my vacation. Would not give it a second thought, would definitely stay here again.

The stay was great. There is plenty to do within walking distance and the fridge in the room has a helpful map if you get overwhelmed by the sheer amount of options. I plan to stay at this same ULIV or another ULIV property because of how great my stay here was.

Great location and amenities were also good. Bathroom needed a good scrubbing. It was not very clean and water pressure was horrible. Also hot water kept running out. Bed was very hard! Needs better mattress. Staff was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Very helpful.

In general is a good place , for my family with 2 kids I appreciate the laundromat.The only complaint was cleanness. I am extremely picky with bed sheets and cleanness in general . The first day when I open the bed you could tell the bedsheets were not fresh and clean , and one of the pillows had hair and an eyelash. Also know they won’t refill coffee or toilet paper. You will need nesspresso pods.

Brilliant! Location is fantastic with lots of stuff nearby. The team at the hotel is super helpful - before and during our stay - and very friendly. Always quick to respond. Our room was well equipped and it was great to have some outside space, filtered water and a small kitchen with kettle, coffee machine, toaster, blender etc. We stayed there twice as it was perfect for what we wanted.

The location is great, I enjoyed exploring the area on foot, there are many nice coffee shops, bakeries, bookstores, designer shops, cheap and delicious street food, and elegant restaurants. The area around the hotel is very quiet at night, the noise may come from the neighbors who are not very considerate of others. The only negative that I would like to say is the bedding, especially the pillows, have some lingering smell of scalp oil after long-term use. Bedding is a consumable item of the hotel, and it should be replaced in time, otherwise it will reduce the cleanliness. It is worth mentioning that the hotel's customer service is very active and effective. You can contact them at any time, and they will follow up every step in time through their app after the booking is completed.
