The property was very comfortable. It had laundry facilities and a gym. We were greeted by Brian who was super helpful and friendly. It was in a great neighborhood. I would recommend it!

I had an amazing stay at Uliv Mexico City. The location is perfect and was within walking distance or short driving distance to most of the things I wanted to do. The rooms are a great size and very clean. All of the front desk staff are so nice, but I have to give a special shout out to Liz. I had a reservation at Pujol restaurant that I was trying to push back a bit later. We were calling them on a Sunday and then realized that they’re closed on that day. Liz said don’t worry, I will email them tomorrow and CC you in the email. The next day I went on a day to trip to Tolantongo, but sure enough when I eventually checked my emails I saw that Liz did remember to email them on behalf. And before could I checked my email again to see their response, Liz already texted me to tell me they agreed to push the reservation back. I really appreciate customer service like this, it makes your trip so much more enjoyable. Thanks again Liz!

Very convenient location. Safe and walkable. The front desk staff was phenomenal! Yes, there is traffic and city noise at night- nothing a cheap pair of earplugs won’t fix! We will definitely stay here again!

This hotel was well located. The front desk people were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The provided coffee machine was next to useless since it was difficult to buy the necessary pods anywhere close. For a long stay, housekeeping was only available for a fee and even then they wouldn’t change sheets. Traffic noise was a problem even on the 10th floor.

The accommodation location was fantastic. Very excellent communication from the staff. There was an infrastructure glitch with the A/C but they quickly worked to address it. If you are a light sleeper there is street noise at the crossroads of an intersection. Cool rooftop views!!
