Very nice place
Overall, this was a really great stay. The room was large and had all the amenities I needed. My only complaints would be that the pillows were obviously very cheap and were not comfortable. Also, the walls are very thin. This was only an issue on my last night, when the people in the room next door were listening to loud music and singing along drunkenly. The hotel does, luckily, provide ear plugs.

The place is outstanding, you have a security guard and a dedicated front desk person for anything you need 24/7, everybody was very professional, welcoming and polite at the the time of check in and during the whole stay, the room was very clean, cuzy, the place looks identical to the pictures on the website, the location is great also, you are within 5 min walking distance to restaurants, the area is very safe. I strongly recommend this place. I want to thank the staff and management for making my stay a great experience.

Not the best experience
This place is architecturally interesting and located in a nice part of Mexico City. The staff is very nice, but our stay there was less than sterling. First, our reserved room was not available, so we were put in a room with no windows for two days before a transfer to a nice suite; the building has nine stories so it is odd that there were no rooms available corresponding to our reservation. Second, the pathway to the bathroom has step up from the main floor, which is difficult to navigate in the dark. Third, our room was only serviced twice during our 5 day stay; we had to request fresh towels.

We enjoyed our stay in Utopic so much. The place is beautiful and huge. You can walk to presidente Masaryk street with lots of upscale dinning and shopping. The area is safe and clean and very close to Castillo Chapultepec and reforma. Will definitely recommend to anyone!

I didn't stay, I paid for the room but the room was a cube without windows, It was a claustrophobic felling, the room was minimalist and modern but not windows and the cube and the concrete was not for me, they do not have other room with windows available, they offer me to relocate in other hotel but I stayed in a friend house, I lost the money because I prepaid for the room, but I couldn't sleep or work in that condition, I need sun light and outside view, it was like a cruise sheep room without windows, totally claustrophobic, may be some people can sleep or work in that conditions, but not me, next time please put the warning that you can be in that kind of room, for sure I will look for other hotel, I feel full frustrated, I will not prepaid for room anymore
