Hotel seems nice and near airport but we were told we could get shuttle but weren’t able to get through to hotel on phone number given….then eventually someone answered and then we were told to catch taxi and we’d be reimbursed….but we weren’t…so bit disappointing as we also had to pay for bus from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1….

My recent stay in this Hotel was, unfortunately, an experience I wouldn’t wish on any traveler. From the moment I was trying to checked in, I encountered nothing but blatant disregard and unprofessional behavior that left me disappointed and frustrated. I felt like I was begging for a favor instead of being a customer. The reception staff lacked basic courtesy and seemed indifferent to my needs. Instead of being greeted warmly or treated like a valued guest, I was met with cold, dismissive attitudes that set an unpleasant tone for the entire stay. They demonstrated a total discrepancy and indifference with Expedia clients highlighting differences with Expedia policies and clients. I do not know how Expedia does not supervise hotels are part of its offer. This hotel is damaging Expedia’s reputation and trust. I graded the hotel with 1 because that is the lowest grade based on Expedia Scale; if I could use my experience in this hotel I would grade it wit a -100. PLEASE, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL EVER. I strongly advise against staying here if you value courtesy, comfort, or a welcoming environment. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.

My recent experience at the hotel was quite disappointing. The shower had noticeable mold, which made me question the cleanliness of the entire establishment. Additionally, the gentleman at the front desk was not only rude but also seemed to take a smug pleasure in his behavior. When I requested the shuttle service to pick me up from the airport, I was informed that I would have to wait an excruciating 45 minutes, despite the fact that the drive only takes about 10 minutes. It felt incredibly frustrating and unnecessary. Furthermore, as I was entering the parking lot, I encountered staff directing me to rent a room at a different hotel. It struck me as ironic since these individuals were supposed to be part of the valet service at this hotel. After all of this, I am resolute in my decision to never stay at this hotel again. I've had much better experiences in hostels where the service was friendlier and far more accommodating. To top it off, the hotel was overpriced and utterly overrated. I genuinely believe they should be removed from the app, as the listings provided were misleading and inaccurate.

Great Stay during Dia de Los Muertos Week
Our stay was brief, but we were very well attended to from the moment we entered the hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful, making recommendations. I also enjoyed the fact that we were four, and my mother and I left early, and my sister and husband were well taken care of when we left early.
