The ceilings of the room were unfinished, there was no door or tub rub for the shower so water made a mess everywhere, room service didnā€™t come until the evening which is when we were back for dinner (most room services begin after breakfast and finish before the afternoon in my previous experiences) and the area outside felt unsafe and they charged for parking??

We had a great stay here after our week of cruising. Extremely easy check in, they were able to accommodate an early check in too which was amazing. Room was large, clean and had a smart TV for netflix/streaming services. The bar and pool were also nice. Would definitely stay again!
