The property is dated, customer service poor, the assigned room had dirty linens. I had to change rooms, the rooms are very small. I paid in advance for breakfast next morning I go down to have breakfast waited an hour only to find out that the cook was a no show; so no breakfast available and the staff didn’t seem to care or try to accommodate any guest. Other than the location and pool area; I would not recommend this Aloft location to anyone. Big disappointment!!

I liked the convenience of walking to restaurants and shops. Beautiful rooms and very nice staff. Next time I will choose a handicap room so I can have grab rails in the shower for safety.
