We have no complaints about this place, we were delighted and grateful with the staff, all of them super attentive and helpful. On the other hand, we loved the location since we could walk to the beach and in the process get to know the surroundings of Miami Beach and not to mention the very affordable prices. we hope to return soon.

The hotel was just fine for what we wanted…a place to sleep while we explored Miami. The check in process was not “normal”. Be sure to ask for an emergency number when you check in or before you get there.

Esperienza Buona, purtroppo se arrivate in macchina dopo le 6pm non vi danno il pass per il parcheggio gratuito, dovreste aspettare fino la mattina dopo, quindi la notte bisogna pagarla in qualche garage circostante a 25 dollari circa.

The staff at the front desk were great!!!! Very helpful especially Maddie. The negative though, we stayed five nights and had to take out our garbage when we heard the custodian outside in the hallway. We had to ask for fresh towels. And during our stay the housekeeper NEVER cleaned our room. Literally not once!
