Cute, quaint but super uncomfortable
The bungalow is well located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to great restaurants. Because it’s located behind the main house, it’s so quiet and secluded. I would give this more stars if they hadn’t put the oldest, rattiest and softest mattress on the bed. My husband and I didn’t sleep more than 2-3 hours a night because of it. Obviously, this put a damper on our entire trip. The owners seem nice enough, but they did not respond to emails I sent to them so I wasn't sure if I was emailing a service or the actual owners; that made me feel a little less at ease, but regardless...the place was beautiful and convenient to most of Miami!

Beach getaway
The property was as described. It was very cute and we loved the patio area outside. We had a bit of a plumbing problem with the bathroom. Manuel was on it and had a plumber out to fix the issue. It was a very much needed getaway for my husband and I.

it was amazing great space had a side patio where we spent most of our stay, great furniture arrangements that made the space work. perfect.. ubereats came fast ubers also, it was a dope spot to spend while we waited for our cruise. thanks

We absolutely loved the property! It’s quiet and private. Super cozy and comfortable. It exceeded our expectations and is definitely our new favorite place in Miami. We will definitely save this as our favorite and come again. Thank you for a relaxing place to stay we throughly enjoy it.

A wonderful little property for a couple of nights' stay in a quiet location but still within easy walking distance of restaurants. Unfortunately we found communication with the owners difficult. No hair dryer . We'd consider booking again, nonetheless.

Great little getaway
My wife and I needed a long weekend somewhere warm, quiet and low key. This property was exactly that. Close to many great restaurants, short walk to the waterfront and quick Uber rides to downtown/south beach. Owners were easy to contact/talk to. Place was clean and quaint. Would definitely recommend for a couple looking to get away and relax.

Beautiful Neighborhood
This was the perfect spot for my visit to Miami for the Book Fair. Was traveling solo and felt completely safe walking to nearby park (gorgeous view of city skyline, lots of friendly dogs to pet along the way) and restaurants. Property very clean, nicely appointed, and comfortable. Hosts were very responsive when I had a question. Great experience. Will book again when in Miami.

The chic retreat was great!
Alan was awesome! Any questions or needs were answered promptly. The cottage was cozy and private. The area was so nice, quaint and quiet. We walked every morning and explored the neighborhoods and parks near by. Walk to end of street for nice waterfront view of sunrise or sinset. 20 min. drive to Bayside, shopping area and lots of tours available there. We did a boat cruise of star island.

Absolutely LOVED it!
Cottage was exactly as described and pictured. Modern, clean, quiet, great neighborhood, privacy, centralized location to everything Miami has to offer. Enough storage for 2 people, washer and dryer worked, a/c was cold, bed was comfy, check in/ out instructions were precise, even restaurant recommendations! 10 out of 10! We're definitely coming back to stay here again! Thank you for making our getaway PERFECT!

Really enjoyed staying here in this lovely neighborhood! Very private space with a bit of patio, great street to walk on, close to anything you'd need. Alan and Manuel were very responsive and accommodating with questions, minor concerns and even offered a bike to use!

Great location- love this cottage
Manual and Alan are wonderful, they sincerely care and strive to make your stay comfortable. I have stayed here twice, the last time for two weeks. The cottage is fully stocked, they have thought of everything! I had a problem with the TV and they responded and came over to fix the problem immediately! Looking forward to my next visit to Miami!
